By accessing our website at veltroai.com and utilizing our development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services and Pricing

Veltro AI provides custom web development, AI chatbot integration, and voice agent automation. All one-time setup fees and recurring monthly management subscriptions are billed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Monthly management limits (such as AI token usage and voice agent minutes) are outlined in your specific plan. Excessive usage beyond your plan's limits may incur additional overage fees.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of web development and AI training, upfront setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. You may cancel your monthly management subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Disclaimer regarding AI Outputs

While we strive to build highly accurate AI agents, Large Language Models can occasionally generate unpredictable or inaccurate responses ("hallucinations"). Veltro AI is not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or reputational harm resulting from the automated responses generated by the chatbots or voice agents deployed on your platforms.
