VELTRO

Custom scope. Clear proposal.

Veltro implementations are priced around the customer journey and systems involved — not a one-size-fits-all package.

What can shape an implementation

Website foundation

Premium design, clear messaging and a conversion-focused customer journey.

  • Custom design and build requirements
  • Content, brand direction and information architecture
  • Performance, responsive behaviour and SEO foundations

AI reception

A website assistant or voice receptionist designed around approved business information.

  • Call and customer-conversation flows
  • Lead qualification, contact capture and escalation rules
  • Appointment and consultation request handling

Connected workflows

Booking, messaging, CRM and follow-up systems that reduce manual hand-offs.

  • Messaging channels and automated confirmations
  • CRM, database and internal workflow integrations
  • Analytics and operational reporting where useful

Ongoing management

Support and improvement arrangements, where they are useful for the project.

  • Updates, operational adjustments and optimisation
  • Hosting or service management options
  • Scope agreed to suit the systems involved

Custom pricing based on the work involved.

Website complexity, design requirements, AI systems, voice usage, integrations, messaging channels, workflow design and ongoing management can all affect scope.

What actually shapes the number

Scope of automation
A single AI assistant and a fully automated, multi-channel operation are different systems — so they're priced differently.
Integrations
WhatsApp, booking, CRM, payments — every connection is real engineering, priced honestly rather than bundled invisibly.
Content readiness
Have brand assets and copy ready? Faster and leaner. Need us to produce them? We can, and we'll price it.
Ongoing management
Some projects need ongoing support, hosting, monitoring or optimisation. Those responsibilities are agreed separately and priced around the work involved.

Fair questions

Why no fixed prices?

Because no two businesses run the same way. A fixed number would either be padded to cover the worst case or leave important work out. We scope the implementation, integrations and responsibilities before giving you a proposal.

What does a quote look like?

A clear proposal covering the work to be delivered, relevant third-party costs, project assumptions and any ongoing management. The final scope is agreed before work begins.

Who owns the system?

Ownership, access and handover are set out in the project agreement. This matters especially where a project includes domains, third-party services, customer data or AI platforms.

How long does setup take?

Timing depends on design complexity, content readiness, integrations, approvals and the systems involved. We provide an indicative schedule once we understand the project.
